What does NTA Health do?

NTA Health provides remote health testing using bioresonance testing, supported by homeopathy, herbal, and nutritional recommendations.

Our approach is complementary and designed to support your overall wellbeing alongside conventional medical care.


What does the service include?

Each health analysis includes:

  • A bioresonance test using your submitted samples
  • A personalised report with findings and recommendations
  • One follow-up email to ask questions about your report

You also have the option to book a video call consultation if you would like more in-depth support as well as a treatment plan review in between retests if desired.


How does the testing process work?

You will receive an email with a link to your health form, which should be completed and emailed before posting your samples. You will also receive a test kit in the post, including instructions and a pre-paid return label.

You will need to:

  • Provide your saliva and/or hair samples
  • Complete and email your health questionnaire
  • Return your samples using the pre-paid label

Samples must be posted on the specified day to ensure they are suitable for testing.


How long does it take to receive results?

Results are typically provided within 3–4 weeks from the date your samples are received.

Please note this is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on postal or processing times.


How do I ask questions about my report?

Each assessment includes one follow-up query, where you can ask questions about your results and recommendations.

To submit your query, please complete and email the follow-up form. Sonia aims to respond within 7 working days.


Can I get ongoing support?

We recommend retesting around 6 weeks after beginning this stage of treatment, unless otherwise advised in your report. This allows your new report to arrive as this stage concludes.

Ongoing support in between retests is not included as part of the standard service.

If you would like additional support, you can book a video call consultation or a treatment plan review.

Can I cancel my test?

Cancellations within two working days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund.

After this, refunds may be subject to an administration charge.

Once testing has begun, refunds are no longer available.


What additional costs should I expect?

The cost of your test covers your sample testing, report and follow up questions form.

Recommended remedies or supplements are not included and may cost approximately £100 per month, depending on your plan.

You may optionally book in for a video call consultation or treatment plan review in between retests.


Can I use this service if I live outside the UK?

This may be possible depending on how quickly you can return your samples to the UK as they need to arrive to us fresh.

As samples must be tested within a short timeframe, please contact us before booking to confirm suitability.


Can I take additional supplements alongside my plan?

It’s important to let your practitioner know if you are taking or planning to take any additional supplements, as some may interact.

You can include this information in your health form prior to posting the sample or follow up questions form following the test.


What should I do if I feel unwell during treatment?

If any part of your plan makes you feel unwell, pause it for 3 days.

You can then reintroduce items one at a time. If the same reaction occurs again, stop that item and let us know.

For any urgent, serious, or worsening symptoms, please contact your GP or healthcare provider.


Can children use this service?

Yes, we offer health testing for children.

This service can be used for those under 16 and is suitable for babies.

Consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.


What happens if a child takes remedies accidentally?

There is no need to worry. The remedies used are gentle and made from natural ingredients.

Do you treat animals?

Yes, we offer health testing for dogs.


How do I give remedies to my pet?

  • Homeopathic remedies can be added to your pet’s water bowl
  • Powders can be sprinkled onto food
  • Tinctures can be given directly or mixed with food

Dosage guidance will be provided with your recommendations.


Where can I order recommended supplements?

Health test reports will include a pre-filled shopping cart link for your recommended treatment plan.
