NTA FAQ’s plus Terms & Conditions

NTA Health FAQ’s and T&C’s

This document explains how NTA Health works, what clients can expect from our services, and the professional boundaries under which we practise. It is intended for UK-based clients.

About NTA Health
NTA Health provides remote health analysis using bioresonance testing, supported by homeopathy and herbal and nutritional recommendations. Our approach is complementary and works alongside conventional medical care.

We aim to treat all types of illness with a combination of homeopathy and herbal medicines, with nutritional supplements to support healing. We like to assess all of the factors that might be contributing to your health conditions (bacteria and viruses as well as toxins, moulds etc). We do this through bio-resonance testing, done remotely by testing saliva and hair samples.

We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or advise on stopping or altering prescribed drugs. Clients are encouraged to remain under the care of their GP or relevant healthcare professional at all times.

Our Service

We provide remote health analysis‘ which include a results report and recommended treatment plan drawn up by Sonia, our naturopathic practitioner. Zoom or phone consultations are also available starting from an additional £30.

Clients are required to provide saliva and/or hair samples by post, following the instructions provided. Samples must be posted on the specified day to ensure viability. Results are typically returned within 3 weeks from the test date. We will ask you to complete a health questionnaire and you are responsible for providing us with accurate information – the more you can tell us the more we can help.

Each assessment includes one post-report query via email or Practice Better. Ongoing access by email or messaging is not included. Additional calls or treatment reviews can be booked separately.

Can I have a health analysis with NTA if I live outside of the UK?

It depends on how quickly you can send a large letter size postal box to the UK. We need to be able to test the sample within 3 days of you making it, for it to still be viable. Please email support@ntahealth.co.uk to arrange a test

How long does it take to receive results?

Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive the report from your test date.

How can I ask my practitioner questions in response to a recent report?

One Post-Report Query is included with each assessment, allowing you to submit questions about understanding your test results and treatment plan. This can be sent by email to support@ntahealth.co.uk or submitted via your Practice Better login.

How do I organise a zoom or phone consultation?

Calls with Sonia can be booked ad paid for using these links:

Can I cancel a test after purchase?

Cancellations within two working days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After this point, refunds may be subject to an administration charge. No refunds are available once testing is underway.

Fees and Treatment Duration
Chronic conditions often require ongoing testing every 10–12 weeks over an extended period. Costs will include testing and recommended remedies or supplements, which are ordered separately.

Responses to treatment vary between individuals and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

What is the average cost for chronic illness treatment?

In most cases we advise clients with chronic illness that they will need 18 months of treatment with tests every 10-12 weeks. Plus additional costs of herbal and nutrient support products is on average £100 a month.

Homeopathic remedies

Homeopathy works alongside conventional care and is not a replacement for urgent or emergency medical attention.

More information about how to use remedies and what to do between retests is on this page.

How do I order my recommended supplements?

Many of the recommended supplements are available at nativewisdom.co.uk – if you have any difficulty please email support@nativewisdom.co.uk and they can advise or create a shopping basket for you.

To order more supplies of homeopathic remedies please use this page of the website shop and then add the names and potencies of the remedies that you need in the box for notes at the checkout, or email support@nativewisdom.co.uk

Can I add different supplements to my treatment plan?

If you’ve had a health analysis with us it’s important to let the practitioner know if you are taking supplements additional to the plan they have recommended, as some things work against each other. There are some general supplements that can be taken in addition to the plan but it is important to consider how all are working together. Please use your health assessment questionnaire and retest questionnaire to let your practitioner know what you are thinking about starting or stopping.

My child took my remedies/supplements, what do I do?

Don’t panic, all our products are child friendly and you can’t be harmed or overdose on the products as they are only natural ingredients.

Do you treat animals?

We offer sensitivity tests for dogs and cats using hair testing and a full health analysis for dogs only that uses saliva testing and hair testing combined. Find further information about what pet testing we offer here.

How does my pet take the remedies/supplements?

Add the homeopathic remedies to their water bowl (it doesn’t matter if other pets drink the water), the dose is always one pillule.

Sprinkle support powders onto food and herbal tinctures can be given by mouth or in food.

The recommended dose for canine powders is 2.5ml, 2 x daily for small dogs and 5ml 2 x daily for large dogs (over 10kg). 2 x daily means one AM and one PM.

The recommended dose for canine tinctures is 1 pipette full, 2-3 x daily for small dogs and 2 pipettes full, 2-3 x daily for large dogs (over 10kg). 2 x daily means one AM and one PM.

How does pet testing work?

You can read more about them on this page

The kit comes with instructions, a questionnaire to fill in and a sterile swab. The swab is the type used for DNA and you need to wipe it inside of your pet’s cheek to get a good amount of saliva on it.
