These Terms & Conditions set out how NTA Health provides its services and what you can expect when booking with us and should be read alongside our Client Disclaimer & Consent, which outlines the nature and limitations of our services. By purchasing a service, you agree to the following:
1. About the Service
NTA Health provides remote health analysis using bioresonance testing, supported by homeopathy, herbal, and nutritional recommendations.
NTA Health provides complementary, non-medical support. We do not diagnose medical conditions, provide medical treatment, or replace care from your GP or other healthcare professionals. Information and recommendations are supportive in nature and should be used alongside appropriate medical care.
2. What’s Included
Each health test booking includes:
- A bioresonance test using your submitted samples
- A personalised report with findings and recommendations
- One follow-up query via email to clarify your report
Additional support, including calls or further reviews, is not included and must be booked separately.
3. Booking & Sample Submission
- You will receive a test kit with instructions and a pre-paid return label.
- Samples must be posted within the timeframe provided to ensure they are suitable for testing.
- Samples should be returned using the pre-paid label via a post box, following the instructions included.
NTA Health is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery once samples have been posted.
4. Turnaround Times
- Results are typically provided within approximately 3–4 weeks from the date samples are received.
- Timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, processing times, or other external factors.
5. Communication & Support
- One follow-up query is included with each assessment to help you understand your report.
- Ongoing support or advice in between tests is not included as part of this service.
- Additional consultations and treatment reviews can be booked separately if further support is required.
6. Fees & Additional Costs
- The cost of your test covers the assessment and report only.
- Recommended remedies, supplements, or products are not included and may incur additional costs.
- Ongoing or repeated testing may be recommended depending on your individual circumstances.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations within two working days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
- After this period, refunds may be subject to an administration fee.
- Once testing has begun, the service is considered underway and is no longer eligible for refund.
8. Eligibility & Suitability
NTA Health reserves the right to decline, pause, or reschedule testing if the service is deemed unsuitable based on the information provided.
9. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
- You understand that results and recommendations are dependent on the information provided.
- You understand the complementary nature and limitations of the services offered.
- You choose to engage with homeopathic and naturopathic support voluntarily and understand that recommendations are supportive and not a substitute for medical care.
- You understand that consent to treatment is ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time.
- You agree to follow instructions for sample collection and submission.
10. Medical Responsibility
- NTA Health does not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment.
- You should remain under the care of your GP or relevant healthcare provider.
- You must seek appropriate medical or veterinary advice for any urgent, serious, or worsening symptoms.
- You should not stop or alter prescribed medication without consulting a qualified professional.
- Over time you may be able to reduce and wean off your conventional medication, but this should be done with the knowledge of your practitioner and your GP.
11. Complaints
If you have any concerns, please contact us at support@ntahealth.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).
12. Data Protection
Your information is handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations (UK GDPR).
Your data will only be used for the purpose of delivering this service unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
13. Insurance
Sonia O’Donnell holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate to its scope of practice.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTA Health shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from the use of its services or any recommendations provided.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
